Sue is the licensee in charge and director of Shaddock Real Estate. Sue has been in the real estate industry for 30 years so it’s easy to see how much she loves her job and the town. Being a true local of Singleton and part of the Shaddock Real Estate office since 1992, Sue has gained the trust of the locals and maintains the connections required to successfully provide the best service to both landlords and tenants. Can you really beat a true local that has been in the industry for as long as Sue has, the answer is no!
 
Her experience and knowledge are a huge comfort to her clients and she has the office operating like clock work so you know that nothing will be overlooked or forgotten. Office Manager

Emily is our office manager and all-round superstar. She is a licensed real estate agent and trained in both property management and sales, both important aspects of the real estate industry. Emily’s roots are embedded in the Shaddock Real Estate family, having started at the office in 2005. In Emily’s 17 years, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of operational demands of the business, the Singleton property market and knows every facet of the Shaddock business model, making her a valuable asset to the team.
 
Emily is approachable, caring and always puts the needs of her clients first. You are in safe hands with Emily by your side. 
Carole Frewin

Carol Frewin-Ernst

Property Management

Carol is our bright and bubbly receptionist and administration support for both sales and property management. When you walk in the door or call the Shaddock office, Carol is your first point of contact and guides you in the right direction for a positive experience from the very first hello.
 
Carol commenced work at Shaddock in 2019 after having worked for many years in the legal industry. She understands the pressures of being in a busy office and her time management and organisational skills give her the upper hand in keeping Shaddock running smoothly. Carol is also a JP so feel free to drop in for a chat if you require any documentation signed.
